Enrolment at Centre Zenith is done on a first come first served basis. The enrolment will be done through our website, or at our centre. Once the number of students enrolled in a class reaches the prescribed number of students (9 to 12), Centre Zenith stops registration of students for the said class.
Students are allowed to join a class after the starting date depending on the availability. They will then see enrolment terms with the management.
Tuition fees can be paid for the whole or in installments.
Payment methods:
By bank card, by bank transfer, by CPF or by installments through Oney if your files are accepted.
All fees due (the whole tuition fee or the installment depending on the chosen method) for every new term shall be paid in advance, the latest on the first day of class.
The student accepts that the installment facility is a credit given by Zenith or our bank (whichever is the case), and the full amount of fees is to be paid irrespective of whether the program is continued by the student. A student engages to reimburse the full program fees through the monthly installment.
Tuition fees are not refundable, neither transferable. If after taking admission to our classes your priority changes, please note that a refund of tuition fees, or cancellation of future installments cannot be asked.
If a student has to suspend his/ her classes after X number of classes, he / she may finish the course by joining a later group for the missed classes, depending on availability of spaces on that class.
Video recording of the classes are given to students who are regular in the program and if they miss a class occasionally. Video recordings are not given for prolonged absence or as a replacement of a regular class.
To get recording of a class, for a regular student, please ask beforehand to the teacher informing about your absence. Before the class begins.
We will do our best to get the best possible teachers to our students during the program. Students may or may not get the same teacher throughout their program.
It's prohibited for students to contact a teacher for extra classes and vice versa. All discussion for extra classes shall be done through us.
An examination will be held at the end of our program as an evaluation on the students' progress. Students will be notified by the teacher as to when the examination will take place.
At the end of the classes, Centre Zenith will issue an attestation of training, generally within 60 days from the end of program.
If any student misses an evaluation, he/she can appear a future exam with a different group.
The student gives Centre Zenith his or her permission to use their comments, testimonies, pictures and videos of them taken during class for promotional use for the school.
By signing this document the student accepts that their image may be used on social networks or on the website. If not, please mention while signing.
A student attending the program online, must keep the video on during the program. In case a video cannot be kept on due to technical reasons, please inform the same to your teacher, and try to solve the issue before the next class. It is important for class cohesion and building interactivity among everyone.
A student attending a hybrid program, informs the school beforehand whether he/she will attend the class online or in person.
If you are paying through CPF, France Travail, OPCO, or your employer, the fees for study materials are included in the total quotation.
For all other learners, the cost of study materials is not included in the course fees. You will be asked to purchase the main textbooks used in the program.
Additionally, teachers may use supplementary materials from other sources. These are optional, and you may choose to purchase them after discussing with your teacher.
The fee for exams conducted by Centre Zenith is included in your course fees.
However, third-party exams such as DCL or DELF are not included, and students must pay for them independently if they wish to take these exams.
For students funded by CPF, France Travail, or OPCO, the DCL exam fees are included in the total course price, so there is no additional cost.
