Who we are, and what is actually on offer
Centre Zenith is a language school with two centres — Bezons (95870), north-west of Paris, and Paris 12e. Most of what we do today is French as a foreign language: we are Qualiopi certified, hold the Label Qualité FLE, and are an accredited DELF–DALF examination centre.
We are now opening English courses, and we are candid about where that stands. For the moment they are exclusively one-to-one — no group classes — so the work begins with individual lessons and grows as the school does. Expect a few hours a week at first. If you are looking for a full timetable from day one, this is not that — yet. If you would rather come in at the start and build up alongside us, it is a good moment to talk.
The role
- Status: freelance. You invoice us for your hours — we are not offering a salaried contract.
- Format: one-to-one only for now. No group classes on the English side yet.
- Hours: a few hours a week to begin with, growing as the school grows.
- Where: Bezons (Val-d'Oise) and Paris 12e. You can teach at one centre only.
- Students: adults — professionals, students, and people who have recently settled in France.
Who we can hire
Two conditions, and they are firm, so nobody wastes their time:
- You are already in Paris and hold the right to work in France. We do not sponsor visas and cannot recruit from abroad.
- You are a native English speaker with a recognised teaching qualification — CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL or an equivalent TEFL/TESOL certificate — and at least two years of classroom experience.
If you are not yet registered as an auto-entrepreneur, say so — it is not a reason not to write.
How to apply
Email formation@centrezenith.com with “English teaching application — Paris” as the subject. Attach your CV and tell us:
- your teaching qualification and how long you have been teaching;
- your current status in France and whether you already invoice as a freelancer.
We read every application and reply, including when we have nothing to offer straight away — in that case we keep your details for the next group that opens.
You teach French, not English?
French as a foreign language is our main activity and we recruit for it all year, in French: recrutement — professeur de FLE.
