We had a wonderful visit to the Sénat yesterday (the French upper house). Our sincere thanks and gratitude go to Sénatrice Madame Samantha Cazebonne for granting us the opportunity to visit. We are also deeply grateful to Madame Mathilde Archambault for taking time out of her busy schedule to coordinate the visit.
Finally, I would like to thank my team members who joined us, our students who seized this rare opportunity, and—last but not least—our wonderful guide, who took the time to make us feel at ease and explained everything with great warmth and passion.
