If you haven’t followed a traditional path in learning French that strictly adheres to the CEFRL method, you may not be sure of your current language level. In this case, you can seek assistance to determine your level accurately.
While there are many websites and applications that provide an idea of your level through online quizzes, Centre Zenith offers a more personalized approach. We provide a French language level assessment process, currently offered at no cost to those interested in understanding their proficiency level.
To begin, simply fill out this form: French language level test. You will need to provide your name and contact details (phone and WhatsApp) and select the level you believe you are at from the dropdown menu.
To help us assess your level accurately, you should select at least an A1 level or higher. Upon selecting your level, a new field will appear where you are asked to write a text of 60 to 80 words. Please write this text without seeking help from others or specially preparing; it should reflect your current knowledge.
After reviewing your written submission, we will contact you via WhatsApp for an oral conversation. We will provide our evaluation of your current level and recommend which French course level you should join, based on both your written and oral skills.
It’s important to note that many people hesitate to complete the written test due to fear of making mistakes. We encounter this situation frequently, but it’s crucial for us to understand where your challenges lie. Without seeing your errors, we can’t give you the best advice on how to improve or accurately assess your level.
